This position supports a FAA Part 145 Repair Station and requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general aviation maintenance, proven ability to supervise, and organizations skills necessary to manage shop operations and compliance.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience in General Aviation</strong>:15+ years of experience in general aviation, indicating a well-rounded understanding of aircraft operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.</li><li><strong>Certification and License with Inspection Authorization</strong>: Required for performing inspections, repairs, and maintaining airworthiness.</li><li><strong>Repair Station Background</strong>: Minimum of 5+ years working in a Part 145 Repair Station environment, which involves working with various regulatory and safety standards in the aviation industry.</li><li><strong>Paperwork and Administrative Skills</strong>: Capable of performing administrative duties such as:&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"circle\"><ul type=\"square\"><li>Spreadsheets (tracking repairs, inventory, and aircraft status).</li><li>Reviewing work orders to ensure compliance with repair processes.</li><li>Conducting logbook entries for maintenance and inspections.</li><li>Researching aircraft data and parts.</li></ul></ul></ul><ul><li><strong>Hands-On Technical Skills</strong>: Able to work on the shop floor, performing technical tasks in addition to managing.
