Job Purpose:
The Chief Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading and directing the overall sales and marketing strategies of the organization. This role involves overseeing eight key functions. Drive strategies to increase cements and allied products sales, focusing on new business acquisition and customer retention.
Implement dynamic sales plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Oversee the acquisition of new customers and the implementation of retention initiatives.
Brand Management
Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to maintain and enhance brand identity.
Direct efforts in advertising, promotions, and public relations to ensure impactful campaigns.
Market Analysis and Adaptation
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Utilize data and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure all sales and marketing strategies comply with corporate governance policies and procedures.
Actively mitigate legal risks associated with advertising, promotions, and sales practices.
Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all sales and marketing activities.
Technological Advancements
Maximize the efficacy of sales and marketing operations using technological tools like CRM systems.
