Implement dynamic sales plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Oversee the acquisition of new customers and the implementation of retention initiatives. Brand Management Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to maintain and enhance brand identity. Direct efforts in advertising, promotions, and public relations to ensure impactful campaigns. Market Analysis and Adaptation Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Utilize data and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Compliance and Governance Ensure all sales and marketing strategies comply with corporate governance policies and procedures. Actively mitigate legal risks associated with advertising, promotions, and sales practices. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all sales and marketing activities. Technological Advancements Maximize the efficacy of sales and marketing operations using technological tools like CRM systems. Implement technological advancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Performance and Budget Management Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing. Utilize performance metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation to maximize ROI. Collaboration and Leadership Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach. Mentor and develop the leadership team within the Sales and Marketing department.
