Ensuring they're not stretched too thin across various responsibilities allows for a balanced workload and a deep commitment to each project's success. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Danis Estimator you’ll: </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Provide Input from Start to Finish</strong>: Review proposal requirements, provide risk analysis input, determine scopes of work and required contents of estimate.  Provide early input on self-perform trades to determine field manpower requirements and availability.</p>\n<p><strong>Bring Vision to Life:</strong> Generate conceptual, self-perform, hard bid, and GMP estimates for a wide range of complex projects.</p>\n<p><strong>Beyond Square Foot Estimating:</strong> Utilize historical data from past projects, subcontracts, and productivity analyses to create and refine detailed quantity takeoff and man-hour based estimates.  </p>\n<p><strong>Ensure Seamless Collaboration: </strong>Serve as a dependable resource, supporting preconstruction by assisting in constructability reviews, schedule input, value analysis, and the pursuit of target value delivery.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>As an Estimator you’ll bring:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Educational Background</strong>: Civil Engineering, CM or other construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience is preferred.</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: A minimum of 5 years construction operations experience in the commercial construction industry.  </p>\n<p><strong>Project Expertise</strong>: At least 3 years of experience estimating projects with values up to $50 mil in the commercial and institutional domains. Self-perform, at-risk GC/CM background is preferred.
