Position Summary: As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for efficiently assembling high quality products using hand tools, following safety protocols, and working in a collaborative team environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Put Together Parts – Use tools to assemble metal parts and fiberglass parts to create key components for buses based on blueprints. Handle Materials – Lift and place parts together to create sub assembly parts Check Quality – Ensure each part is assembled with precision and meets our quality standards Collaborate with Your Team – Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly.   WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Composite & Fiberglass Experience (Preferred) – Experience working with composites, fiberglass, sanding, or grinding tools is a plus, but not required. Hands On Skills – Comfortable using basic tools, with training provided for pneumatic, electric, and manual hand tools. Attention to Detail – Takes pride in producing high quality parts by following instructions carefully. Team Player – Works well with others to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow. Reliable & Independent – Shows up on time, follows directions, and takes initiative when needed. Physical Readiness – Able to stand for long periods and lift 20–50 lbs. as needed.
