This role is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">based in Columbus </span>and includes <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">day trips to New Day Recovery in Niles, OH</span> for scheduled client transport.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>More than just driving, this position focuses on delivering a respectful, consistent, and supportive experience while upholding safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-time | Day shift | Company vehicle provided </span></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://ondemandrm.bamboohr.com/hiring/jobs/edit/564\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"></a><br></p>\n<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a client-first mentality, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and compassion in all interactions.</li>\n<li>Safely operate a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">company vehicle</span> to transport clients to and from approved destinations while ensuring their well-being in accordance with company policies and traffic regulations.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and other required transportation documentation.</li>\n<li>Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and respond to transportation needs.</li>\n<li>Adhere to company confidentiality standards, safeguarding client information at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 18 years of age.</li>\n<li>Successful completion of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen</span>.</li>\n<li><span>Possess a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Valid Driver’s License and an </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">acceptable driving record (MVR check required</span>) for approval by the company’s insurance carrier.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Abilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Able to effectively utilize smartphone GPS technology.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent interpersonal communication skills</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Pay will be BOE.</span></p>",
