This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with measurement tools, and the ability to interpret technical documentation while supporting production and quality objectives.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><em>Inspection &amp; Measurement</em>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined components using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM).&nbsp;</li><li>Verify parts against engineering drawings and GD&amp;T requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9100 standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Document inspection results accurately in quality records.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><em>Quality &amp; Compliance </em></p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain calibration of measurement tools and equipment.</li><li>Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances.&nbsp;</li><li>Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><em>Collaboration</em>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Work closely with machinists and quality team members to resolve quality issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><em>Qualifications </em></p><ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3+ years in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing.&nbsp;</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency with precision measurement tools and CMM operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge: Strong understanding of GD&amp;T and AS9100 requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Certifications: AS9100 familiarity preferred.</li></ul>\n",
