We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including Online &amp; Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About the role </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior/Assistant, Pharmacy Operations</span> to provide on-site administrative support. We need help to support our doctors and patients who are using DA’s 24/7 tele-consultation service. This will predominantly be a hands-on, operational role.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Your role as an assistant will be to help us maintain our promise of delivery standards and quality to our patients by preparing the medications at the fulfillment center for delivery, as well as assisting in troubleshooting operational matters that may arise in the process.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, is able to work well with others and deals well with ambiguity or change especially in a start-up environment. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn and adapt to high-tempo operations, and takes the initiative to help the team</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tai Seng, Singapore</span> reports directly to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manager, Virtual Care</span>. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Organize and lead other assistants on a rotational basis in daily operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Processing prescriptions electronically</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing and arranging the medications for delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist the manager or executives in managing and maintaining the inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining facilities and equipment as assigned by the manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in improvement projects to enhance and optimize the quality of the service<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. <br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Able to work on a shift basis, including overnight shifts (shift allowance will be provided for overnight shifts), weekends and public holidays</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Familiar with medication with prior experience working in a pharmacy/clinic/warehouse setting</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Computer literacy; comfortable with managing computer systems</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Attention to detail and meticulousness is a must</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Able to work well in a team and communicate well with others in a high-tempo environment</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">A strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Keen on learning more about healthcare operations and helping out in adjunct administrative duties</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Familiarity with Plato or other clinic management systems is a bonus</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">A start-up attitude – highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun.
