          "text": "<ul style=\"\"><li>5-7 years' experience in direct IT project management, including all aspects of project development and delivery implementation </li><li> 5 plus years of knowledge of Investment Industry (Buy-Side, Mutual fund, Institutional) </li><li> Strong proficiency in Project Management Methodology (Six Sigma, etc)</li><li> Proven track record in successfully delivering large projects in both local and global perimeters </li><li> Background in any of software development, architecture, testing, and/or business analysis </li><li> Experience with complex SDLC methodologies (example: Agile, etc) </li><li> Strong proficiency with project management software, (Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc) to provide visibility to all levels of management and stakeholders </li><li> Ability to lead multiple teams in a priority changing, high pressure environment </li><li> PMP Certification is a plus </li><li> Ability to define business requests/issues, then identify strategies for resolution </li><li> Self-motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to be focused and results oriented. </li><li> Effective ability to drive project related risks and issues to resolution. </li><li> Exemplary written and oral communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience </li><li> B.S in Computer Science or equivalent work experience</li></ul>",
