This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional familiar with TOAST systems, basic networking, and PC/iPad maintenance. You’ll serve as the on-site technical backbone, ensuring smooth operations across front-of-house, audio-visual, and F&B systems and will provide on-site technical support twice weekly (half-day visits), respond to critical issues or unplanned outages as needed, and perform break-fix troubleshooting and end-of-day reporting</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Maintain and monitor systems including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>TOAST terminals and card readers</li>\n <li>Networking infrastructure</li>\n <li>PCs, iPads, and tag readers</li>\n <li>AV systems and lighting</li>\n <li>QSR stations and entertainment tech</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-4 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Hospitality tech experience (venue, restaurant, or entertainment space)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with TOAST POS, basic networking, and PC/iPad maintenance</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional emergency visits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
