You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance tasks, and minor repairs to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hands-on work and a desire to grow in the HVAC industry.</p><p data-gid=\"18468\"><strong data-gid=\"18469\">Essential Functions</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical components.</li><li>Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues.</li><li>Document maintenance activities and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct with clients.</li></ul><p data-gid=\"18485\"><strong data-gid=\"18486\">Qualifications</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>EPA certification required.</li><li>HVAC technical training or certification is a plus.</li><li>1-2 years&rsquo; experience in the HVAC industry as an apprentice or maintenance tech.</li><li>Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.</li><li>Must be 22 or older</li><li>Must pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance and repair.</li><li>Participate in all company sponsored training classes.</li><li>Work in and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><div data-gid=\"18497\"><div data-gid=\"18498\"><div data-gid=\"18499\"><p data-gid=\"18500\">At Reliable Heating &amp; Air, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
