Assessment and Diagnosis:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' symptoms, behaviors, and underlying psychological factors.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to establish a diagnosis and formulate an individualized treatment plan.</li><li>Clinical supervision will be provided for associate therapists.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>2. Individualized Treatment Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances.</li><li>Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>3. Individual and Group Therapy:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address underlying issues, promote behavioral change, and enhance coping skills.</li><li>Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions to create a supportive environment for clients to share experiences, receive feedback, and build community, using the Seeking Safety curriculum.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>4. Collaborative Approach:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate treatment plans with other mental and physical healthcare providers involved in the client's care.</li></ul><p><strong>5.
