    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Regional Production Director</strong></p><p><strong>Bullitt County-&nbsp;</strong>Fulltime</p><p><em>Southeast Christian Church is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Production Director to join our team and support the region in and around&nbsp;</em><em>Bullitt Co, KY.&nbsp;</em></p><p>The ideal candidate will oversee the production of weekend services and ministry events at the campus and provide leadership and oversight to the region and its production staff. This position will involve hands-on leadership in all aspects of production, technical support, and collaboration with various teams to create impactful, immersive worship experiences</p><p><strong>Why Southeast?&nbsp;</strong>Southeast Christian Church is a dynamic, growing church where staff are encouraged to lead boldly, care deeply, and live authentically.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Production Direction:</strong> Lead the production of weekend services, events, and special programs, ensuring seamless operation of cameras, sound, lighting, and video content.</li><li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Lead from a &ldquo;people-first&rdquo; mentality. Lead, manage, and train a team of volunteers, contractors, and staff involved in production across multiple campuses. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and skill development.</li><li><strong>Technical Oversight:</strong> Oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of production equipment, including audio consoles, sound equipment, cameras, AVL networking technology, and video and streaming infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues during services and events to ensure smooth execution.</li><li><strong>Creative Input:</strong> Work closely with worship leaders, campus pastors, and creative teams to plan and execute visually and artistically engaging services that align with the church<span dir=\"RTL\">&rsquo;</span>s mission and message.</li><li><strong>Event Planning &amp; Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with the Bullitt Co Campus teams to ensure that the technical and broadcast needs for various church events are met, including conferences, concerts, and seasonal services.</li><li><strong>Scheduling &amp; Coordination:</strong> Coordinate the scheduling of production staff, contract, and volunteer teams, ensuring that there is adequate coverage for all services, rehearsals, and events.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Ensure that all services meet high-quality standards for both visual and audio components, while maintaining consistency across all regional campuses and services where possible.</li><li><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Manage the budget for the Bullitt Co Campus production, including equipment purchasing and maintenance, staffing/contracting, and training costs.
