Occasionally attending community events as a Girl Scout representative and tabling or facilitating a station at a larger community event.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Encourage Girl Scout decision making and leadership through positive activities and group mentoring.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Facilitate participation in Girl Scout product sales.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Communicate with full-time Girl Scout staff via phone and email.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Submit appropriate post-meeting or event follow-up such as surveys, leads, registration forms, and event debriefs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Attend virtual and in-person trainings, meetings and supervision as required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>Skills and Qualifications: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">To qualify for this role, you must be the minimum age of 18 years old.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Experience with Girl Scouting and/or working with groups of youth is desirable.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability and desire to work as part of a cooperative team and work effectively with groups of Girl Scouts, community groups, volunteers, and staff.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Comfortable reading and implementing curriculum.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Enthusiasm and desire to provide a fun and enriching Girl Scout experience to all girls.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Familiar with Microsoft Office and reliable access to internet.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>Travel Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must have<strong>&nbsp;</strong>access to reliable transportation to travel to community sites and GSEMA offices/service centers as needed.
