    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Hospitality-Focused Custodian – Join Our Team at Marquette</strong><br><strong>Location:</strong> Marquette Senior Living<br><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $17.00 – $20.00 per hour<br><strong>Shift:</strong> Evening Shift Available- 3:30PM- 12:00AM (Every other weekend required)</p><p><strong>Make a Difference in a Clean, Caring Environment</strong></p><p>At Marquette, we believe that creating a warm, welcoming environment starts with cleanliness and attention to detail. We’re currently seeking a <strong>hospitality-focused Custodian</strong> to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform floor care services throughout the community, including carpet and hard floor maintenance (floor care experience required).</li><li>Collect and dispose of large trash items in accordance with safety procedures.</li><li>Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in safe, working condition.</li><li>Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including lifting and standing/walking for extended periods.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li>Able to pass a background screening, physical, drug screening, and TB skin test upon hire.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>Enjoy competitive pay, daily access to earned wages, and a full benefits package including health coverage, paid holidays, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
