    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Opportunity:  Restaurant Supervisor</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Potential Career Path</strong>   </p>\n<p>Restaurant Manager – Food and Beverage Director</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.  <strong> </strong></li>\n <li><p>Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll.</p></li>\n <li><p>Resolve customer complaints regarding food and beverage service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on menu.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.</p></li>\n <li><p>Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.</p></li>\n <li>Ensure positive working relationship with vendors.</li>\n <li>Ensure overall guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.</li>\n <li>Previous supervisory experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of hotel PMS and Micros preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Context</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.</li>\n <li>Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Believe</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>People Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own It</p>\n<h2>About Us </h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
