The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have Security experience, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a valid<strong> Ontario Security License</strong>.</li>\n <li>Must have a <strong>valid work permit</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Valid First Aid and CPR is a must</strong></li>\n <li>Must have a <strong>minimum of 6 months to 1 year security experience</strong></li>\n <li>Valid Driver's Licence is an asset</li>\n <li>Deescalation experience and strong communication skills are crucial</li>\n <li>Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for a long period of time.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication</li>\n <li>Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience</li>\n <li>Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.</li>\n <li>Address and resolve complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Support property management with any additional tasks as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
