At MeDirect, we encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, ensuring our people thrive in a dynamic environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span><br></p>\n<p>As the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Lead</span>, reporting to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Head of Software Development</span>, you’ll be the driving force behind our development team’s technical strategy, spearheading the delivery of cutting-edge e-banking and e-wealth solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and maintain robust, scalable enterprise back-end solutions</li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, championing best practices in code scalability and maintainability</li>\n<li>Recruit and onboard top technical talent to strengthen team capabilities</li>\n<li>Design and execute unit and performance tests to ensure high-quality deliverables</li>\n<li>Own and enhance code quality standards, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutions</li>\n<li>Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement and deploy innovative features</li>\n<li>Cultivate a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to ask questions and voice ideas</li>\n<li>Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide personalized guidance, track individual progress, and support career development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> Expertise in the latest <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.NET technologies</span>, with a passion for staying on top of new advancements</li>\n<li>Proficiency with unit testing frameworks and strong experience in multi-threading, concurrency, and caching technologies (e.g., <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Redis</span>)</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with containerization and deployment technologies</li>\n<li>Familiarity with message queuing systems like <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RabbitMQ</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kafka</span></li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span> databases (MS SQL and Oracle); familiarity with NoSQL databases is a bonus</li>\n<li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, including Gitflow</li>\n<li>Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field</li>\n<li>6+ years in software development</li>\n<li>2+ years in a leadership position</li>\n</ul>",
