We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set and model a strong safety-first, quality-first culture across the site </li>\n <li>Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team </li>\n <li>Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and talent development </li>\n <li>Act as the visible leader for the site, reinforcing humility, collaboration, accountability, and trust </li>\n <li>Responsible for end-to-end site performance including manufacturing, development and quality </li>\n <li>Develop and execute site strategy in alignment with business goals, strategy and culture </li>\n <li>Ensure reliable execution of the site production plan  </li>\n <li>Lead capacity planning, scale-up, and operational readiness for all products </li>\n <li>Responsible for expense and CAPEX budget management at the site </li>\n <li>Accountable for site compliance with FUJIFILM Biosciences Quality Management System </li>\n <li>Sponsor quality initiatives, deviations, CAPAs, complaints and audits </li>\n <li>Drive site key performance indicators; report metric results to executive leadership for global roll-up </li>\n <li>Serve as site sponsor and support Quality during regulatory and customer inspections and audits </li>\n <li>Responsible for site P&L, budget planning, cost control, and productivity targets </li>\n <li>Translate business / corporate strategy into site-level objectives and execution plans </li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with commercial team to develop operating plan to meet business objectives </li>\n <li>Participate as an active member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for assisting the executive leadership team, in setting strategy and achieving the company’s goals and objectives </li>\n <li>Domestic and international travel anticipated at <25% of time </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field. Preference given to advanced degrees (e.g., MS, MBA or PhD in similar fields). </li>\n <li>15+ years of experience in biomanufacturing or regulated life sciences operations </li>\n <li>10+ years of management experience including managing operations and quality teams </li>\n <li>5+ years of site, business or functional P&L experience </li>\n <li>Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional organizations </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of biomolecules manufacturing (e.g., cell culture, purification, fill-finish) </li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading audits and maintaining inspection-ready operations </li>\n <li>Experience scaling operations and expanding manufacturing capacity </li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate within a matrixed organization </li>\n <li>Track record of success in developing people, driving cultural transformation and operational excellence </li>\n <li>Mentoring, coaching and teaching ability and orientation </li>\n <li>People development, performance management and change management are necessary skills for success </li>\n <li>Financial metrics and acumen pertaining to site performance </li>\n <li>Ability to speak, write and read English. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The base salary range for this position is $182,600 - $255,500.
