Sales Clerks at Rockin Rudy’s are the driving force behind our company. Some responsibilities of a Sales Clerk include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Processing customer transactions, returns/refunds, &amp; exchanges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Processing a variety of payment methods</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining a clean work environment, sales floor &amp; displays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Answering phones &amp; customer inquiries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Restocking and backstocking products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Helping resolve customer complaints and/or disputes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working on projects in between customers and during down time </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Processing inventory (receiving, pricing &amp; displaying)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Embodying a collaborative work environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">ABOUT SCHEDULING</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A flex position has fluctuating hours based on the stores’ seasonal staffing needs. The opportunity to move into a more permanent position with part-time or full-time hours is considered as openings become available. Considerations for advancement within the company are based on performance, availability, attendance records and ability to contribute to a positive work environment. With that said, it is important to note that limited availability (such as evenings only, 2 week days out of the week, for example) could affect your ability for growth within the company and your ability to gain a higher number of consistent hours.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> General idea of sales clerk shifts (vary seasonally):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">8:45 am - 4:00 pm (opening)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">10:00 am - 6:00 pm (mid)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">2:00 pm - 9:00 pm (closing)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">ABOUT WAGES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">All flex sales clerks start at 18.00/hour. Wages for sales clerks are based on a tenure based structure.
