We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.&nbsp; We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the objectives of Process Maintenance with the Process Maintenance Superintendent</li>\n <li>Supervise the Process Maintenance supervisors and planning of their career development</li>\n <li>Ensure that all maintenance service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the company</li>\n <li>Participate in maintenance planning processes&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met</li>\n <li>Coordinate company policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Support operational objectives by minimizing risks and improving value. focusing on cost management</li>\n <li>Perform all vital tasks to plan and schedule maintenance work</li>\n <li>Maintain an accurate backlog and interact/connect with supervisors and other planners in achieving set goals</li>\n <li>Generate PMs</li>\n <li>Resolve source for labor and materials</li>\n <li>Communicate/coordinate with all levels of maintenance, operations, purchasing and warehouse staff, and outside vendors</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain the expense budget and forecast for the process maintenance team.</li>\n <li>Develop task and material lists, building activities and review stock level requirements</li>\n <li>Develop cost and equipment reports&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience <strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in a planned maintenance environment <strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Performance of the crucial job functions <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Team based work skills<strong> required</strong></li>\n <li>Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Dedication to developing and maintaining a safe work culture <strong>required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Can Offer You:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</li>\n <li>Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.</li>\n <li>Endless opportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues.</li>\n <li>Access to a variety of career opportunities across the organization.</li>\n <li>Nevada Gold Mines is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Thank you for your application, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</i></p>",
