The guard's schedule, site assignments, and hours are subject to change based on client needs, staffing requirements, call-offs, and contract adjustments. While SSPG strives to accommodate preferred schedules, flexibility is essential for the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Provide security services at the assigned client site(s), ensuring the safety and security of personnel, premises, and assets.</p><p>· Be available to work various shifts and client sites as needed. Schedule and locations may change depending on client needs, staffing requirements, or other operational factors.</p><p>· Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff. Ensure that all communication fosters a positive and secure environment.</p><p>· Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site and monitor surveillance equipment, ensuring adherence to the client’s security protocols.</p><p>· Accurately document any incidents, security breaches, or irregularities, and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.</p><p>· Additional duties as assigned by Silver Star leadership team.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule and Availability</strong></p><p>· Guards are expected to work scheduled shifts at their assigned client sites.</p><p>· Shifts, site assignments, and schedules are subject to change based on client and SSPG needs.</p><p>· Flexibility is required to work additional shifts, including on-call or emergency coverage when needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>· Medical, Dental, Vision, Life – 60 Days</p><p>· Paid Time Off (PTO) – 90 Days</p><p>o Chicago Employees Only: SSPG follows Chicago Paid and Sick leave ordinance&nbsp;</p><p>· Weekly pay on Fridays</p><p>· Referral bonus</p><p>· Compensation:&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Authorization</strong></p><p>Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Silver Star Protection Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
