This role leads, develops, and pastors GO Team members in the area of worship - creating an atmosphere of excellence, authenticity, and spiritual depth in every Gathering and event.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Worship Coordinator partners with the East Coweta Campus Pastor &amp; Gatherings Director to ensure alignment, consistency, and creative collaboration at the East Coweta Campus - contributing to a unified worship experience that helps people encounter Jesus both in person and online.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience and Knowledge Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 3 years of worship leading experience in a local church setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in voice </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in either piano or guitar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent leadership, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to lead and develop volunteer teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with worship and production tools, including but not limited to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ProPresenter, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Garage Band </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">PCO (database/scheduling)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basecamp 3 (project management)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Playback / Ableton  </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of stage setup, teardown, and basic AVL processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to create and lead engaging worship experiences that align with the vision of GO Church</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Worship Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead worship for all Proficiency in Campus Gatherings and special events: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sundays, First Wednesdays, First Saturdays, Conferences, etc </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee and pastor the band, frontline, and worship choir through intentional training, planning, and rehearsals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and distribute rehearsal materials and training resources for worship team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Schedule and lead all rehearsals and pre-gathering meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure musical and spiritual excellence through thoughtful song selection and preparation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support your Campus Pastor and team by engaging in campus events - bringing creative input and hands-on support to ensure excellence in programming and execution from the stage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Production Coordinator to ensure every Gathering is excellent and in alignment with the vision and mission of GO Church </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Team Development &amp; Pastoring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recruit, train, and equip new team members to serve in worship ministry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop worship leaders and volunteers through mentoring and consistent feedback</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train &amp; Empower Leaders on both Vocal &amp; Band teams: Worship Leaders and MD’s Development </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide tools and resources for Band &amp; Vocalists to constantly master their craft</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and appoint Captains onto the team for Choir, Frontline, and Band </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Foster a culture of worship that is Spirit-led, excellent, and unified with GO Church’s vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Consistently meet and pastor members of the Worship Team </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create opportunities for the Worship team to get together and grow together</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with East Coweta Campus GO YA and GO Youth to ensure worship teams follow established Worship SOPs and are developed to create a consistent GO Church worship experience. As well as create a worship pipeline for our sons and daughters.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Creative Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Gatherings Director on creative initiatives, song selections, and major events (Christmas, Easter, Conferences, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with the Production Coordinator and Gatherings Director to create powerful and distraction-free worship environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in creative meetings and contribute new ideas for gatherings, stage design, and worship elements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Gatherings Director to create and maintain onboarding development for Vocal and Band Members as they are added to teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Gatherings Director &amp; other Campus Worship Coordinators on weekend set lists and ideas for engaging worship across GO Church </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Administrative &amp; Operational</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage scheduling and communication for East Coweta Campus worship team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in planning and executing departmental projects and goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate and up-to-date team information within church databases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in managing the annual budget and ensure all financial procedures are followed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, weekend prep, and campus gatherings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Any other administrative duties as assigned by East Coweta Campus Pastor </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Personal Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain proper priorities in your home and spiritual life</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be loyal to the mission, vision, and staff of GO Church; protect the unity and integrity of the church</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Invest in and invite people to know Jesus and become part of GO Church</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a consistent personal walk with the Lord through prayer and Scripture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Financially support the mission and vision of GO Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of your gross income.
