In this pivotal role, you’ll lead innovative solutions, mentor technical teams, and help clients modernize their generation assets to improve energy resilience and achieve long‑term operational success.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the technical execution of complex engineering designs, technical reports, and specifications for power generation, energy management, and industrial facility projects</li>\n <li>Provide expert consultation and resolve highly complex technical issues across various areas of advanced technology</li>\n <li>Lead advanced technical projects, collaborating with other engineering departments and project management staff to deliver sustainable solutions</li>\n <li>Develop and manage discipline work plans aligned with project milestones, ensuring projects are completed within budget and scheduling restraints</li>\n <li>Guide and mentor junior engineering staff, including providing technical reviews and support</li>\n <li>Deliver technical development of proposals and external presentations to clients, public, and regulatory agencies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all settings</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead energy projects that promote sustainable energy solutions and optimize efficiency </li>\n <li>Collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation, advocacy, and project excellence</li>\n <li>Enjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for travel and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Generation & Energy Management team is doing?
