Valtir is dedicated to bring the next generation of innovative safety products to an ever-changing market.&nbsp;</p><p>FULL-TIME <strong>&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>3rd SHIFT &nbsp;8:00pm - 6:30am</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>Valtir is hiring 3<sup>rd</sup> shift Supervisor to support our Lima, OH manufacturing facility by overseeing processing activities in Galvanizing, Fabrication and Welding and supporting respective daily operations.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Job Duties Include, but not limited to:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for all processes in Galvanizing, Fabrication &amp; Welding departments&nbsp;</li><li>Direct employees in meeting quality and on-time delivery requirements, address production challenges, and communicate issues to relevant managers</li><li>Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, mentorship, and disciplinary action when necessary</li><li>Must meet all required expectation of Safety, Quality and Production</li><li>Meet and exceed organizational goals through optimal utilization of personnel and resources</li><li>Understand the galvanizing and fabrication process and use knowledge to achieve optimal operating efficiency</li><li>Serve as a medium of communication between employees and upper management</li><li>Motivate employees by resolving issues and making sound decisions</li><li>Complete all required paperwork and inspections</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty,&nbsp;and noisy.</li><li>The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the plant.</li><li>Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
