This is a home-based position — you work regular shop hours, build deep familiarity with our fleet, and serve as the backbone of equipment readiness for our Civil and Gas Division project crews.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you take pride in a well-run shop, want to develop real skills on a diverse fleet, and are ready to grow into a long-term career in heavy equipment, this is the role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is a full-service contractor providing heavy, civil, industrial, and energy construction and maintenance services across Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and Nevada.
