Our team operates across Europe, Latin America, the Philippines, and beyond.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for a results-driven<span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Crypto Focused - Social &amp; Community Manager</span></span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 12pt\"><br>to be part of our fast growing Casino department.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Social &amp; Community Manager (Crypto-Focused) is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across crypto-native platforms, fostering an engaged Web3 community, and driving user acquisition through strategic social media and community engagement.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span>This role requires deep familiarity with blockchain culture, crypto terminology, and real-time market trends.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Duties will include but are not limited to: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage daily content across Telegram, Discord, X, and other crypto channels.</span></li>\n<li><span>Create engaging content while maintaining a consistent Web3 brand voice.</span></li>\n<li><span>Moderate communities, respond to user inquiries, and foster organic discussions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Escalate technical, compliance, or reputational issues promptly to relevant teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and execute strategies to grow community size, engagement, and retention.</span></li>\n<li><span>Track and report community performance metrics (followers, active users, engagement, retention).</span></li>\n<li><span>Plan, manage, and optimize budgets for community campaigns, giveaways, and referral programs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with influencers, crypto KOLs, and manage their accounts.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging narratives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Draft and distribute announcements for token listings, partnerships, product launches, and roadmap updates.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all messaging and campaigns comply with regulatory, compliance, and responsible gaming guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support cross-team projects, providing insights from community feedback to marketing, product, and customer support teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain documentation and logs of community interactions, issues, and campaign performance for review and analysis.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>2 years in crypto/Web3 projects, blockchain startups, crypto exchanges, casinos platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven experience managing Telegram &amp; Discord communities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenomics, DeFi, wallets, and exchanges.</span></li>\n<li><span>Skilled with social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and moderation bots.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience managing budgets for campaigns, events, and community growth initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Deep knowledge of crypto culture and excellent written communication.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively and professionally.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive salary and benefit package</span></li>\n<li><span>Hybrid working environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Modern Office</span></li>\n</ul>",
