    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Program Coach ensures the successful delivery of high-quality programs by supporting RecoveryCorps members, engaging partner sites, and driving program outcomes. This role fosters strong relationships with sites, members, and internal teams to maintain program integrity, ensure compliance with AmeriCorps regulations, and achieve positive program results. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is part of our Recovery Corps program </p>\n<ul>\n <li>CPRS required ( <em>Certified Peer Recovery Specialist credential</em> )</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Cohort & Member Management</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide regular support, feedback, and coaching to ensure a positive and productive service experience for a cohort of RecoveryCorps members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor member performance, service hours, and professional growth; address concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with on-site supervisor to manage member supervision, development, and performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, facilitate, and deliver member training sessions and onboarding activities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate and support career pathways in the sector, supporting members in their career pathways after their term of service </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Program & Site Implementation</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned sites and site partners, building strong relationships to ensure open, effective communication.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct regular site visits and check-ins to ensure smooth program implementation, address challenges, and foster engagement. A minimum of quarterly visits based on cohort size or supervisor/regional expectations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with content experts to ensure program fidelity and to maximize outcomes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Track compliance requirements, including member hours, paperwork, and evaluations; approve timesheets and provide corrective guidance as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for program growth, expansion, and process enhancements. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment & Community Engagement</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct AmeriCorps member interviews, document notes, and make selection decisions for assigned regions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition and external organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Ampact at community events, job fairs, and site visits to promote awareness and engagement with AmeriCorps programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support marketing and media opportunities to elevate program visibility under the guidance of the marketing team. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties as Assigned</strong>  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>\n<p><u>Minimum Education</u> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma/GED required. </li>\n <li>CPRS required ( <em>Certified Peer Recovery Specialist credential</em> )</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Minimum Experience</u> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of program management or implementation experience, ideally in a non-profit setting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to mediate conflict and exercise sound judgment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Organized, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional communicator with strong listening, public speaking (preferred), and writing skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Results-driven, adaptable, and solution-focused. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High emotional intelligence and self-awareness. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office and Excel; database and video conferencing experience preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong> </p>\n<p>Ampact is committed to compliance with the Minnesota Human Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable accommodations as possible to enable employees to perform the essential function of their positions.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position requires the ability to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel locally and statewide as needed to attend meetings </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate effectively with people/groups in multiple settings within and outside the organization </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively utilize existing and emerging technology to achieve required results </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Transporting moderately heavy objects up to 25 pounds </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Ampact offers an excellent benefit package including Medical, HSA, Dental, Vision, FSA, Life, Disability, PTO and 401(k).</p>\n<h2>EEOC</h2>\n<p>Ampact will not discriminate for or against any AmeriCorps service member or applicant on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression, political affiliation, marital or parental status, familial status, military service, or any other category protected by law.
