Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain clear and open communications with customers and managers/supervisors.</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable of players’ club and encourage guest participation.</li>\n <li>Respond to machine tilts, malfunctions and determine if maintenance is needed.</li>\n <li>Perform minor maintenance/repairs on slot machines.</li>\n <li>Fill ticket printers and stock ticket paper.</li>\n <li>Respond to machines with jackpot and determine if jackpot is valid.</li>\n <li>Perform dispatching duties when needed in circumstances when Mobile Attendant is not functional or temporarily inactive.</li>\n <li>Circulate throughout assigned area(s) keeping conversations with team members to a minimum while focusing on opportunities to interact with the guests.</li>\n <li>Work to build relationships with existing customers and work to foster relationships with new guests.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of slot machine payouts and basic functions of slot machines.</li>\n <li>Develop thorough knowledge of all game functions, to include all bonus features. Be able to explain all games to the guests.</li>\n <li>Count and verify wallet </li>\n <li>Redeem coupons and break bills and/or run change for customers.</li>\n <li>Participate and promote in marketing events.</li>\n <li>Ability to use two-way radios and maintain professional radio etiquette at all times. </li>\n <li>Competently utilize Slot Mobile Attendant device to respond to floor duties independently and as assigned by leadership throughout work shift.</li>\n <li>Maintain the condition of the Mobile Attendant device including using only appropriate use of instruments, cleaners, chargers, cases and other approved accessories provided by the company. Keep the Slot Mobile Attendant device on person during their work shift, except on authorized breaks. </li>\n <li>Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.</li>\n <li>Meet attendance guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas including pushing in chairs and trash pickup, as well as keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.</li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Proactively serve non-alcoholic beverages to customers. </li>\n <li>Notify your supervisor if you need assistance, require additional help, or observe suspicious activity.</li>\n <li>Ensure supplies are stocked as needed.</li>\n <li>Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.</li>\n <li>Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. </li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS </u></strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
