    "description": "<p>Aspire Educational Services (AES) is excited to announce a great opportunity for contracting Speech Language Pathologist for full time and part time roles partnering with our school partners for extended school year (ESY) in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Aspire Educational Services is proud of the relationships we’ve built within the local educational community. Through comprehensive psycho-social and psycho-educational testing, Dr. Friedman and her team have helped several hundreds of students, families, and teachers over the years. We are dedicated to a high level of service, attention-to-detail, and technical expertise. On a personal note, Dr. Friedman knows first-hand about having a child diagnosed with severe ASD, so we take our work quality and reputation seriously.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose, assess, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans for people experiencing communication problems involving speech and language or swallowing disorders that affect the ability to eat and drink properly.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.</li>\n<li>Monitor students as they carry out the tasks given to them.</li>\n<li>Identify need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the student.</li>\n<li>Observe &amp; assess clients' progress and prepare detailed reports.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with IEP teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.</li>\n<li>Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License or Certificate.</li>\n<li>PDE Certification.</li>\n<li>Proof of professional liability insurance.</li>\n<li>Experience in a PreK-12 school setting.<br></li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License, proof of registration, and insurance.</li>\n<li>Must have current (or be able to clear) required state and federal background checks and relevant clearances.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits of working for Aspire Educational Services:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Super competitive rates!</li>\n<li>Flexible schedules with full or part-time hours.</li>\n<li>Excellent work-life balance.<br></li>\n<li>Dedicated, open, friendly, and compassionate environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contracting Opportunities:</span><br>In addition to full-time and part-time positions, AES offers flexible contracting roles for those seeking to work on a contractual basis.
