No Up Selling!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>40 hours week - Mon-Friday 8-5:00pm</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.</p><p>- Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records.</p><p>- Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery.</p><p>- Obtain prior authorizations and process prescription refills.</p><p>- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure coverage and compliance.</p><p>- Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.</p><p>- Utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills and Qualifications</p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.</p><p>- Proficient in using computer applications and data entry.</p><p>- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.</p><p>- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical supply processes is a plus.</p><p>- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.</p>",
