Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Because creating a better, brighter future for the next generation depends on it. Greenlight is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack for our Web Registration team. This team focuses on core functionalities for the registration flow, including experimentation, activation and validations. This includes maintaining the service stability, integrating with analytics tools, and implementing Figma designs. You will be expected to make contributions to our frontend and backend services as required to accomplish the team deliverables. This role reports to an Engineering Manager. Our stance on salaries: Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive. Work with domain teams, product managers and designers to improve the growth of users through the registration flow. Platform Ownership: As part of the registration team, you will support the existing architecture of Greenlight registration and build on it. This involves a fast moving and iterative process, focused on growth. Work with product and design teams to continuously add incremental features while balancing new features and tech debt. Scaling and maintaining our backend services to evolve with new feature requests and support our growing user base. Improving the reliability and availability of the platform which supports our families and partners.
