The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This part time 20 hour per week Day schedule is made up of eight-hour and four-hour shifts. </strong></p>\n<p>Eight-hour shifts: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm </p>\n<p>Four-hour shifts: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This shift consists of TWO full eight hour days and one four half day (flexible on shift days Monday through Friday; however, one of the eight hour days is every Friday)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.</p>\n<h2>Job Duties & Skills Required</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong></p>\n<p>Ensures building and equipment are in working order by performing preventative maintenance and repairing damage.</p>\n<p>Completes work orders in a timely fashion. </p>\n<p>Conducts general carpenter work using common hand and power tools. </p>\n<p>Diagnoses mechanical problems. </p>\n<p>Assembles structures such as furniture or pipe systems. </p>\n<p>Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts. </p>\n<p>Cleans and lubricates equipment. </p>\n<p>Paints and patches walls, equipment, and structures. </p>\n<p>Assembles, installs, and repairs electrical wiring.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Skills & Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma/GED is required.</p>\n<p>Trade or Vocational Schooling is preferred</p>\n<p>Equivalent years of work may substitute for education requirement.</p>\n<p>One (1) year of facilities maintenance or related experience is required.</p>\n<p>Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Immanuel</h2>\n<p><strong><em>At Immanuel, we believe that our success is built on the collective strength of our people.
