    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for HVAC and mechanical building systems, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Skills and Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Five to seven years related experience and/or training. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Essential Functions and Duties (including but not limited to)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Uses power tools and computers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Identifies, analyzes, and repairs equipment, instruments and products at the customer’s location(s).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performs preventive maintenance and modifications as needed or requested by the customer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Seek out and submit Work Change Authorizations based on customer need.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains company vehicle by keeping records of service manuals, schedules with warehouse manager required maintenance and repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to get along with others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Keeps current on all product offerings concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provides technical support to customer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to use provided software applications to document customer calls, labor and work performed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">EPA approved Universal Technician Certification</span></li>\n</ul>",
