When you join our Asset Management team, you will work closely with our Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers to deliver Audit services to our portfolio of financial services clients. In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Manage portfolio of clients from audit planning to completion, including organising own time and submission for manager review on a timely basis.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Allocate responsibilities to junior / staff auditors.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Review junior team members’ work for accuracy and compliance.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Perform effective risk and control assessments.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Other duties may be assigned as required by business needs.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00b0b5\">About you:</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for qualified candidates with CA / ACA / ACCA / CPA, who have experience conducting Asset Management/Funds Audits. Ideally you will have:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field is required.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Proficient in English (verbal and written).</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Previous audit experience (2+ years) in a medium to large public accounting firm or a professional services firm and the ability to work unsupervised are essential. </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Big-4 audit experience is a plus.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">A proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS are strongly desired.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Experience auditing Financial Services entities is essential; experience in fund audits is highly desirable.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·     </span></span><span style=\"color: black\">Ability to take ownership of your portfolio and meet deadlines, have attention to detail and be a team player.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00b0b5\">How you will be rewarded:</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Our position is offered with a highly competitive compensation package and bonus structure, and further benefits including medical insurance and our company pension.</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"text-decoration: none\"> </span></span></p>\n<p><span>Our mission is to offer the best Audit services in the Cayman Islands.
