This role focuses on operating core services, assisting with security and compliance initiatives, and contributing to automation efforts that enhance workforce productivity.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Operate Microsoft 365 E5: maintain Exchange Online (mail flow rules, encryption, anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-malware, retention, archiving, eDiscovery), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID identity policies (MFA, Conditional Access).</span></li>\n<li><span>Support security and compliance hygiene: assist with DLP, Defender, and Purview policies; participate in periodic audits and reviews; contribute to policy improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Execute and support automation: run existing PowerShell scripts for provisioning, reporting, and monitoring; assist in modifying scripts under guidance; support Power Automate workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span>Handle incidents and requests: create and update ServiceNow tickets, investigate issues using knowledge bases and logs, and escalate to senior engineers, Microsoft, or vendors as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to documentation: capture troubleshooting steps, update KB articles, and assist in maintaining runbooks and operational documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support changes and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>1+ year of IT experience or equivalent technical education with exposure to Microsoft 365 administration and systems fundamentals.</span></li>\n<li><span>Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin portals and services.</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic PowerShell skills; ability to run and begin modifying scripts with supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of identity and security concepts including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and Defender.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Familiarity with Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and API integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with ServiceNow, CloudAlly, LastPass, Mimecast, or ShareGate.</span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to vendor support processes and escalation handling.</span></li>\n<li><span>Interest in automation, scripting, and continuous improvement.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Location - Kharadi, Pune</p>\n<p>Shift - US/Night Shift (WFO)</p>\n<p>Transport - home pick up &amp; drop (Up to 20 KMs)</p>\n<p>Benefits - PF, Mediclaim</p>",
