Expect excellent pay and benefits.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Within 90 days, you can expect to:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn and follow work instructions for assembly and document the progress of work orders on work order travelers.</li>\n<li>Proficiently route and solder wires to PCBA with stress relief.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation.</li>\n<li>Proficiently clean related soldering work performed.</li>\n<li>Perform SMT and PTH rework on caps, resistors, ICs, wires etc.<br></li>\n<li>Assemble functional and cosmetic hardware to assemblies utilizing approved hand tools such as screwdrivers and torque drivers.</li>\n<li>Perform electrical continuity checks on work-in-progress or completed work as required by product documentation.</li>\n<li>Be trained in and utilize all job-related software and computer programs such as email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Smartsheet.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Within 12 months, you can expect to:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of component ID, advanced soldering, assembly drawings, bill of materials and specific written instruction in performing duties.</li>\n<li>Cross train in other manufacturing processes such as functional and ring out testing, thermal testing, and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) testing.</li>\n<li>Ensure that work-in-progress work orders are staged and organized efficiently in the work area.</li>\n<li>Utilize released or pre-released drawings, blueprints, schematics or wiring diagrams to perform assembly and soldering on sub-assemblies of various products.</li>\n<li>Operate various measuring equipment such as multimeters to verify workmanship.</li>\n<li>Communicate with other team members when experiencing any work-related equipment, controls or systems have issues which disrupt the manufacturing process.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing or testing areas of the company.</li>\n<li>Be cross trained to assemble electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components into various other assemblies or legacy products.</li>\n<li>Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br>Preferred Skills or Certifications:<br> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>IPC-A-610 Certified or related Class 3 soldering experience<br></li>\n<li>Fine-detailed work with hand tools and assembly</li>\n<li>Experience with the handling and application of various adhesives and epoxies on PCBs and PCBAs</li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge and experience in mechanical assembly</li>\n<li>Ability to read, interpret and work from assembly prints, wiring diagrams and schematics</li>\n<li>Effective communication</li>\n</ul>",
