The Field Merchandiser ensures that shelves, coolers, and displays are properly stocked, tagged, and maintained in compliance with current promotions and planograms.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work Hours and Location:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Candidates must have weekend availability throughout the year as a part of their regular schedule, as occasional weekend shifts are an essential aspect of this position. This position plays a key role in maintaining brand standards, ensuring product visibility, executing promotional programs, and supporting our partners through in-store excellence.&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for visiting 10-15 stores per day within their assigned area to make sure all products are properly merchandised, rotated, and in stock. They verify that sales tags, price points, and promotional signage are up to date and visible to customers. The role involves setting up and maintaining displays, coolers, and shippers according to direction from the Director of Gas &amp; Convenience Business Development.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for ensuring new items are placed promptly and any voids are addressed quickly. They are expected to report back on store conditions, competitive activity, and any issues affecting execution.
