This role will partner closely with hiring managers across functions including Tech, Product, Risk Operations, Sales, and G&amp;A.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll own full-cycle recruiting and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Cycle Recruiting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring process</li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and selection criteria</li>\n<li>Build and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across regions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates</li>\n<li>Support hiring across multiple functions (Tech, Product, Risk Ops, Sales, G&amp;A)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hiring Manager Partnership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process</li>\n<li>Provide guidance on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies</li>\n<li>Help design effective interview processes and questions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience</li>\n<li>Manage communication and expectations throughout the process</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, interview feedback, and candidate data</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations</li>\n<li>Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment</li>\n<li>Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or regions (global exposure is a plus)</li>\n<li>Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines independently</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with recruiting tools and ATS systems</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, or product roles</li>\n<li>Experience hiring for global teams (US/EMEA exposure)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Supply Wisdom?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of an ambitious, purpose-led company making a measurable impact on the world’s most critical supply chains and ecosystems</li>\n<li>Collaborate with a diverse and global team of smart, passionate professionals</li>\n<li>Competitive base salary, bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits</li>\n<li>Flexible, remote-first culture that values integrity, transparency, and innovation</li>\n<li>Opportunity to own global hiring in a growing SaaS company and partner directly with leadership to  build high-performing teams.</li>\n</ul>",
