This position supervises staff, coordinates maintenance and housekeeping activities, enforces campground rules, and serves as the primary on‑site point of contact for campers and visitors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day campground operations&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule, train, and oversee campground staff and volunteers&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of campsites, restrooms, trails, and common areas&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance with policies&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally&nbsp;</li><li>Enforce campground rules and local regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate minor maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain records related to occupancy, incidents, and staff schedules&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor supplies and request inventory as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with check‑ins, reservations, and fee collection (if applicable)&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as on‑call supervisor during assigned shifts</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of essential functions for the job described, but rather a general description of some of the responsibilities necessary to carry out the duties of this position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous experience in campground operations, hospitality, facilities, or supervision preferred</li><li>Strong leadership and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently</li><li>Basic knowledge of maintenance, safety, and outdoor operations</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally</li><li>Basic computer or record‑keeping skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license may be required</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Primarily outdoor work with some administrative duties</li><li>Physically active role requiring walking, standing, and light labor</li><li>Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and emergency response</li></ul></div>\n",
