The Child and Family Guidance Center is currently seeking a full time Spanish or Portuguese speaking <strong>Bi-</strong><strong>Lingual</strong> <strong>Outpatient Clinician</strong>. &nbsp;</p><p>The <strong>Bi-Lingual</strong> <strong>Outpatient Clinician</strong> is responsible for provide direct, quality clinical services to OPCC program youth, parents/guardians in the Bridgeport and designated satellite offices. &nbsp; Maintain timely and complete client records in accord with all department, licensing and regulatory requirements.</p><p>The Child &amp; Family Guidance Center will provide a 5,000 sign on bonus to a verified bi-lingual candidate hired into this role.</p><p>The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following <strong>Essential Functions</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide Intake assessments, Individual, Family and Group therapy.</li><li>Administer all applicable assessment tools at Intake, every 90 days and at discharge.</li><li>Provide Case and Crisis Management services to clients as needed.</li><li>Maintain all records in a timely manner (Intake, Treatment Plan, Treatment Plan Review, Discharge Summary, etc).</li><li>Maintain productivity required in contracts and grants, as indicated by all KPI standards.</li><li>Participate in weekly supervision, team meeting, and attend case conferences.</li><li>Participate in research activities of CFGC.</li><li>Provide emergency backup treatment (family, individual, and group therapy and case management) as needed.</li><li>Present at least two high risk cases per year to the CFGC Risk Management meeting.</li><li>Participate in various CFGC special interest committees/groups (ie. Trauma trained/informed care).&nbsp;</li><li>Provide Intakes for the Outpatient Department as needed.</li><li>Have a working knowledge of various EBPs (eg.
