For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.</p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will:​</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust​</li>\n <li>Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients​</li>\n <li>Oversee key strategic client projects.​</li>\n <li>Apply your wealth of cost management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures​</li>\n <li>Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors​</li>\n <li>Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership​</li>\n <li>Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value​</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you:​</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment​</li>\n <li>Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres​</li>\n <li>Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the data centre sector​</li>\n <li>Have confidence to head up meetings with clients​</li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying​</li>\n <li>Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS ​</li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing​</li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun​</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The salary range for this role is between $140,000 and $195,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
