&nbsp;Handles settlements of video poker and amusement revenues at establishments on assigned routes; supervises and assist all jobs assigned to the collector&rsquo;s helper position; reports all service related problems to the office</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong>: Additional duties which are necessary to carry out the function of the Collections Representative may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.</p><ul><li>Responsible for balancing all video poker related revenue at the establishment</li><li>Responsible for balancing all amusement related revenue at the establishment</li><li>Reports any discrepancies in currency to the department manager</li><li>Delivery of any assigned commission check to the establishment</li><li>Oversees all duties assigned to the collector&rsquo;s helper</li><li>Reporting all service related problems to the authorized department</li><li>Delivery of any assigned office or license related document to the location</li><li>Responsible for the completion of all checklist issued for the assigned route</li><li>Responsible for reporting mechanical or non &ndash; mechanical problems with assigned work vehicle.</li><li>Responsible for keeping correct company issued parts in assigned work vehicle</li><li>Responsible for keeping a professional appearance to the assigned company vehicle</li><li>Take necessary steps with the department manager to resolve any problems</li><li>Assist CEO and other company officers as needed</li><li>Work, as requested, to collect each assigned establishment</li><li>Assist customers with any questions or problems the arise</li><li>Locate clients and/or vendors when requested by executive officers and managers</li><li>To follow all rules and regulations of the company&rsquo;s policies as described in the handbook</li><li>Reports to work on time, as directed by the Chief Executive Officer, and complete the above listed tasks in a competent manner</li><li>Performs above listed duties in a cooperative, capable manner, processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES</u></strong>:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Overseeing all duties assigned to the collector&rsquo;s helper</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: &nbsp;
