Citadel's reputation has been built on a set of three principles that form our core values: Integrity, Professionalism, and Responsiveness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT THE ROLE<br></span>Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Project Manager </span>to join our team.<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> In this role, you will manage Seismic Retrofit Acute Care Healthcare Projects in San Bernardino and South Bay</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT YOU<br></span>You are a Project Manager professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out. Experience with managing/designing/constructing healthcare facilities. The scope of work may include SPC-4d, NPC-4, and NPC-5 type projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in project management and concurrent field construction.</li>\n<li>Experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects for acute care facilities.</li>\n<li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.</li>\n<li>Set and manage project expectations.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain budgets and schedules.</li>\n<li>Review and coordinate the preparation of construction documents.</li>\n<li>Facilitate project team and client meetings.</li>\n<li>Negotiate and prepare change orders.</li>\n<li>Monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Respond effectively to project issues and challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing IRCA and ILSM forms.</li>\n<li>Experience in acute care healthcare facilities design and construction.</li>\n<li>Design-Bid-Building project delivery.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Public Contracting Code and practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li>\n<li>Licensed professional engineer or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or IOR A or B certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Citadel is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
