This role will support school health teams in ensuring the well-being of students by assisting with health assessments, first aid, and general medical care. The ideal candidate will be responsive, proactive, and ready to step in as needed to support a variety of health needs in a school environment.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Do</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Support and enforce school health policies aligned with safety and student well-being</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Provide basic first aid and respond to minor injuries or illnesses</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Support communicable disease protocols and student health monitoring</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Notify appropriate contacts (PanCare nurse, guardian, principal) when a student requires additional medical attention</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Conduct screening and prevention tasks such as lice checks and education</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with State-required student screenings including hearing, vision, scoliosis, BMI, and follow-up documentation</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Perform CPR/AED if needed</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with medical procedures with RN delegation and training, such as:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Catheterization monitoring</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Enteral feedings</li></ul></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintain and track health room supplies and equipment</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;
