    "description": "<p><span>Air Quality Services is currently looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HVAC Cleaning Technician</span> in our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Twin Falls, ID</span> location. If you have a successful attitude with a “get it done right” mentality, a desire for a career that helps others, plus work with a growing company dedicated to restoring damaged homes and businesses, then look no further.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Primary Responsibilities of this role are: </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proficiency in commercial and residential HVAC systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Capability to independently organize and plan tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Aptitude for sales and effective communication with homeowners.</span></li>\n<li><span>Operate the Company vehicle safely while traveling to and from your designated location and all specified work sites, adhering to all driver safety guidelines, techniques, and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete all regular and as necessary Company vehicle maintenance as needed following current standards of operating procedure.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Keep an accurate account of all tools, equipment, and supplies.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Place orders for tools, supplies, equipment and safety gear as needed following current standards of operating procedure.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Act as the first point of contact for all customers for the entirety of the visit from initial dispatch contact to the final visit inspection following current standards of operating procedure.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Perform all Home Health and Safety Reports as required following current standards of operating procedure.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Communicate your findings during the Home Health and Safety Report Inspection to the customer and provide any estimates that are generated as a result of the inspection.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Use the Home Health and Safety Report to effectively communicate to the customer their home’s needs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Enhance sales opportunities, secure contracts, and execute tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Take initiative, be self-driven, and have strong time management skills. </span></li>\n<li><span>Present estimates to the customer so that they see the value in the service that we are offering but avoid any exaggeration of the condition of their home for the purpose of making a sale.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Act with integrity and class throughout your interaction with our customers.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Align work behavior with company mission and values.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and positive demeanor.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Engage with customers, providing them with insights and advice on maintaining their systems post-service.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organize jobs; gather parts, diagrams, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:  </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
