Job Description The Journey Person is responsible for the safe construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures including, but not limited to, buildings and concrete forms. The Journey Person reads and interprets blueprints to ensure the quality and safety of the final product and to order materials needed for the project. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills are crucial qualities for this position. The hourly range is $30-$50 DOE. Clark Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer. In addition, Clark offers the following benefits to full-time staff with this position: Paid Time Off: 80 hours per calendar year of paid time off (“PTO”) for sick, vacation, and personal time. Health care insurance is available for spouses and dependent(s); however, the employee is responsible for 50% of the premium for his/her spouse and dependent(s). Additional supplemental insurance benefits including Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Critical Illness, Life and AD&D Insurance may be purchased through CCI’s policy with The Hartford at your own expense. 401K: CCI has a 401K program to assist employees in saving for retirement. Employees are eligible to designate how much they would like to contribute to their 401K account starting their first day of work. CCI offers a 401k match program, matching up to 4% of the employee's annual pay. Bonuses: Bonuses, such as performance or project-based bonuses, may be distributed throughout the year. Cell Stipend: You are eligible to receive a $500/year cell phone stipend, paid quarterly at the end of each quarter. You must be employed during the entire quarter to be eligible for that period.
