TBN is searching for a YouTube Channel Manager to join our growing Digital Platforms team.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">The YouTube Channel Manager will lead strategy and execution to grow YouTube channels, increase engagement, and expand the reach of TBN&rsquo;s ministry through the platform. The role focuses on YouTube optimization including SEO, thumbnails, audience retention and audience growth, and performance analysis to maximize discoverability and impact.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Responsibilities include managing video publishing and optimization, overseeing channel performance, and ensuring channel growth. This role also involves creating thumbnails and graphics; writing and optimizing titles, descriptions, and tags for search and engagement; and working closely with production teams to provide digital insights and facilitate digital content captures. As such, candidates with production experience or experience shaping content and storytelling are strongly preferred.
