Proficiency with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
