As an Equipment Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting fleet and equipment management within their assigned region, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely upkeep of vehicles and equipment. This role involves coordinating maintenance, tracking compliance, and assisting with various logistical and administrative functions to support operations. What would you be doing? Coordinated daily fleet and equipment operations, including vehicle assignments, repairs, logistics, and access. Supported NSC compliance by managing driver logs, inspections, and resolving noncompliance issues. Oversaw certifications, inspections, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities. Managed tool crib operations, including inventory tracking, secure storage, deployment to projects, and returns. Collaborated with operations teams to ensure tools and equipment were maintained, replenished, and ready for field use. As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check. This may consist of a combination of a Canadian Criminal Record check, an Employment Verification, and an Education and Accreditation Verification. Candidates shortlisted will be required to complete the Profile TRAITS Survey.
