          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Candidates are required to possess a basic understanding of manufacturing and quality processes (Internal Procedures, ISO 9001, etc.).&#xa0; Must be able to use various precision equipment including (but not limited to) Micrometers, Calipers, Fixtures, Thread Gages etc.</li><li>Basic blueprint reading &amp; GD&amp;T</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude</li><li>Basic understating of manufacturing processes (machined components, hose, tube, bending, welding etc.)</li><li>Visual Inspection</li><li>Ability to use basic hand measuring tools</li><li>Product dimensional inspection</li><li>Ability to read and interpret specifications/technical data</li><li>Elementary level shop math</li><li>Reviews Certifications</li><li>Maintains inspection reports/logs as required</li><li>Results and action oriented.&#xa0;</li><li>Meets productivity standards (as defined by management),</li><li>completes work in a timely manner</li><li>Maintains and promotes a clean, FOD free, and organized work area</li><li>Safety-minded and adheres to all company policies and practices safe work habits</li><li>Has a can-do attitude.&#xa0; Approaches others in a tactful and respectful manner.&#xa0;</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.</li><li>The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.&#xa0;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as needed</li></ul>",
